Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept cancellation after order payment, please pay after confirming the orde.

We do not accept disputes regarding cancellation and refund of orders in transit.

We cannot accept redemption or return after your order is shipped.

For any reason, if you want to cancel an order while it is in transit, you will not be able to file a return request until you receive the package. Because cross-border shipping involves complex procedures, customs clearance at home and international customs, as well as local and international shipping carriers and agents.
If you refuse to pick up the parcel from the postman or pick up the item from the local pick-up shop, our customer service department will not be able to determine the parcel and will not be able to process your return request.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to the customer's personal reasons (such as the wrong address / no consignee, the customer refuses to accept the package / pay taxes), we will contact you to re-pay the repaid postage (via PayPal) and Arrange for reshipment. However, please note that there will be no refunds in this case.
You are responsible for providing the correct address and telephone number. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for all shipping costs for resending the package.


Return Refund Policy:

We describe the item as accurately as possible. If the item description is incorrect or you are not satisfied, you can contact us within 10 days of receiving the item for return, exchange or other arrangements. The package should be inspected after the buyer receives it.

If you are replacing/returning products, make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or replacement. If you believe that your item was damaged during shipment, you must obtain a “Certificate of Damage” from your shipping carrier, which should be included in the package you returned.

If the product does not meet the description, it will be returned and we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Any product purchased through us can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date you made your order! the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost!We will not pay the return shipping costs for non-defective returns. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly.

If you do not receive the order, a full refund will be given.

Return Process:

1. Contact customer service (email address: funkopopmall@outlook.com) within the required time period for different product categories. Please provide a photo and photo of the reason and return reason.

2. Once your request is approved, our customer service will provide you with a return address. Please return the item to the return address as soon as possible and send us the tracking number. The item is not used, undamaged and in its original packaging.

3. We all returned items will be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. Customers will receive a refund within 2 business days of receiving the return.
